Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, we will endeavour to dispatch all items the same working day if ordered before 3pm (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed outside of these times will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which is generally delivered within 2 days but can take up to 5 working days.

Upgraded delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class, which is generally delivered the next day but can take up to 3 working days.

For your peace of mind, we may dispatch higher value orders with a service that requires a signature on delivery, or we may split an order into multiple parcels.
